All orders will only be processed once 50% deposit is received along with proof of payment.
Production of order will take 3-5 working days.
There will be additional costs should the customer require a ‘rush’ order. Printing will only begin once the customer has approved the artwork.
The Vinyl Guys is not held liable for mis-prints if the artwork was signed off by the client.
Should there be a printing error due to equipment malfunction, The Vinyl Guys will re-print at no additional cost to the customer. Customer will be notified; however, this will delay the order.
Payments
All payments to be made via EFT into The Vinyl Guys bank account. Cost estimate/Invoice number must be quoted as reference.
Cash payments will only be accepted if arranged prior to the order.
Cash deposits into The Vinyl Guys bank account will not be accepted.
Delivery
Orders will not be delivered until full payment is made.
Orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days from shipment date.
The Vinyl Guys will not be held liable for lost parcels or delays in delivery.
Cost of delivery may differ from the advertised amount, depending on delivery type, size of parcel and area delivered to.
Delivery available in South Africa only.
Pricing
